I baked these muffins .... and I just finished a try ... (some guinea pigs will have to do it ...:-Q)


are soft, orange and even really know Almond ....! A delight!


good start all week!


Ingredients:

For 6 muffins


125 grams of flour 50 g sugar 1 egg

half a bag of yeast
40 gr 50 gr almond oil

orange

Procedure:

Mix the flour, ground almonds, finely grated zest and baking powder.

Add the lightly beaten egg, oil and orange juice.



Stir quickly and put in the muffins from cups.



Bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
