Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
50
g sugar 100 g butter 2 teaspoons
Yeast
1 egg yolk 1
For the filling:
150 g Nutella
50 grams of hazelnuts
2 pears
Procedure:
Mix flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder, butter soft (not liquid)
Knead the dough and let rest half an hour in the refrigerator.
resume, spread on baking paper and fill with Nutella, hazelnuts and pears, cut into pieces.
Chiudere, formando uno strudel ed infornare a 180 gradi per 25-30 minuti circa.

Baklava muffins Carrot Cake by Nigella
Quanto sono buoni i muffins!! adoro le monoporzioni!!
Ricetta originale di Nigella Lawson da "How to be a Domestic Goddess", con qualche mia modifica.
Buon sabato and happy Sunday to all!
Ingredients:
210 grams of flour 00
75 g sugar 45 g butter 1 egg
two teaspoons of baking powder 250 ml buttermilk
(I have replaced with 250 grams of plain yogurt)
For internal
100 grams of walnuts
45 g butter ½ teaspoon cinnamon
75 grams of sugar cane honey
for decoration.
Procedure:
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
Combine the egg, melted butter and yoghurt.
Mix.
Prepare the filling by mixing the chopped nuts with sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
Put some of mixture into each mold. Stuff with the filling and cover with a little more composed. To me it is advanced and the filling so I put on top of each muffin before baking ...
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Decorate with honey

Creative Extigy Drivers
I have a weakness for carrot cake ... because it is soft, light and moist refers ...
Excellent as a snack or breakfast, but even after a meal .... magnificent.
I dedicate this recipe to Federica . Faith I hope you like!
Today everyone in my world ... Saretta offers you a snack!
Ingredients:
200 grams of flour 200 grams sugar 00
80 grams of almonds (optional, but I advise you!)
250 g of carrots
90 grams of oil (I used a bean)
a packet of yeast
3 eggs grated rind of an orange
Procedure:
clean Blend carrots with almonds
Mix with sugar,
and eggs.
Sbattere leggermente e aggiungere la farina ed il lievito.
Aggiungere anche l'olio e la scorza grattugiata dell'arancia e mescolare.
Mettere il composto in una teglia da 22-24 cm di diametro ed infornare a 180 gradi per 35-40 minuti circa (controllare)
Un bacione e buon fine settimana a tutti!! Fate i bravi, nè!

Scrapbooking Birthday Invitations

Every promise is a promise, and every promise is kept ... and so today put the recipe of the famous Sicilian almond paste ...
Delicious! remain soft for several days (in my house ... more than 2 days do not last because we are greedy: P)
With the same dough you can squeeze the piping bag and decorate with the icing ... maybe next time I will too!
Ingredienti:
250 gr di mandorle
200 gr di zucchero a velo
2 albumi NON MONTATI
un cucchiaino di miele
zucchero a velo q.b.
2 gocce di aroma mandorla amara (se proprio non lo trovate usate quella paneangeli...io l'ho trovata da Auchan)
Procedimento:
Tritare le mandorle e aggiungere lo zucchero. Mescolare e aggiungere gli albumi NON MONTATI e l'aroma
Far riposare l'impasto in frigorifero per almeno un'oretta.
Riprenderlo, staccarne dei pezzi e arrotolarli sulla spianatoia "sporca" di zucchero a velo. tagliare i pezzetti e dare la forma ad S.
Posizionarli su di una teglia coperta da carta forno ed infornare a 180 gradi per 10 minuti.
IMPORTANTE : i biscotti risulteranno MOLTO morbidi appena sfornati, ma una volta raffreddati raggiungeranno la consitenza perfetta quindi non fateli cuocere di più, mi raccomando!

Io ho deciso di farcire alcune palline con crema pasticcera ed altre con nutella.
Con questa dose otterrete due Danubi medi (come il mio) oppure uno grande.
Volendo potete pure farcirli dopo cotti :)
Ingredienti:
450 gr di farina
80 gr di burro
1 uovo
130 gr di zucchero
25 gr di lievito di birro
160 ml di latte tiepido
Inoltre:
Nutella e crema pasticcera
oppure la crema che più preferite
Procedure:
Prepare the cream.
Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix flour with sugar, butter, very soft (almost liquid), the egg and milk with baking powder
Mix well. Form a ball and let it rise an hour emmezza.
Now divide it into pieces (approximately 60 grams each) and roll it out. farciteli
and close them.
Place them in a buttered, slightly outpacing the balls .... then soar!
Let rise for an hour and then bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Uff! It 'been very difficult for me, thousand shareholder from birth, write this title ...
Accurate: the cake, I decided to call it .... black and white as the color .. but not a cake yuventina: P
Soft, soggy breakfast .... wonderful .... and then it is cute! and the kids will love it!
good start all week!
Ingredients:
280 grams of flour 3 eggs
220 g sugar 250 ml milk
180 ml oil (I used seed)
a packet of yeast
50 grams of cocoa powder sugar
Procedure:
Beat eggs with sugar until they become foamy.

Divide the dough in two and add a party the cocoa.

I tried these slippers / which in my opinion are more like the "baguette" / Cotto and ate tasty .... and cis-ve-lo-si-me !!!!!
Great when you have time, want to buy bread!
a parody of the flavored with rosemary ... I have failed and are very good too!
Ingredients:
300 grams of flour
yeast (I put 10 grams)
4 tablespoons of rosemary oil
60 grams of parmesan
warm water (about 150 grams .... I mettetene gradually I recommend)
1 teaspoon salt (I ne ho messi 2)
Preparazione:
Sciogliete il lievito in un po' d'acqua, unitelo alla farina, unite anche il rosmarino tritato tutti gli altri ingredienti ed impastate aggiungendo altra acqua se necessario fino ad ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo. (io in totale ho usato circa 150 ml di acqua tiepida)
Fateci una palla e fatela lievitare in luogo tiepido per circa 45 minuti (io un'ora) .
Formate poi con l'impasto dei bastoncini (a me ne sono venuti 3 grandi) della grandezza desiderata e disponeteli su una teglia ricoperta di carta forno.
Cuocete le ciabattine in forno a 180° per circa 15 minuti circa.
Provatele anche farcite con dei salumi...!

Che bello finalmente un pò di sole!!
La mattina mi sveglio alle 6.30 e quaranta minuti dopo sono già fuori casa!! ehhee il doveree chiamaaa!!
Ma se c'è una torta golosa, soffice e davvero ma davvero (credetemi!) buona.....la giornata inizia alla grande!!
Il caffè poi aiuta a rimanere svegli...cosa c'è di meglio?
Provatela perchè vi farà fare un figurone...si scioglie in bocca!

Ingredienti:
100 grams of flour 100 grams of potato starch 2 eggs
a packet of yeast 180 g butter 150 ml of coffee
180 grams of sugar
Also:
120 grams of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons milk
Procedure:
Beat with the whisk eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the flour and starch, and even yeast.
Then the cold coffee and cold butter.
Put the mixture in a cake of 24-26 cm in diameter.
Infornare a 180 gradi per 35 minuti circa.
Preparare la glassa facendo sciogliere il cioccolato con il latte.
Sfornare e una volta tiepida glassare con il cioccolato

Non sono brava a perdonare, I never have been. Although sometimes you do not know, or at least try.
I just remember: P, even if the weather helps, it may seem silly and trivial but it is so.
It 's a message to my friend, reader and confidant ... that is going through a golden age ... but ... Ale strength and courage ... that everything passes, but just improves ....!
The recipe that I propose today is fast, easy and tasty ..
The combination is a classic ricotta and spinach .... and I usually use it for ravioli, lasagna or cannelloni, this time I thought to use it for meatballs.
Ingredients:
200 grams of ricotta
200 grams of spinach and wring
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg
enough breadcrumbs oil for frying
salt
Procedure:
Mix the ricotta with the Parmesan cheese and salt.
Add drained spinach and tagiluzzati.
Mix well and incorporate the egg and then bread crumbs enough to obtain a composto sodo.
Formare le palline, passarle nel pangrattato e friggerle.
Potete anche farle al forno: 200 gradi fin oa doratura...anche se io le preferisco fritte :P
