Baklava muffins Carrot Cake by Nigella
Quanto sono buoni i muffins!! adoro le monoporzioni!!
Ricetta originale di Nigella Lawson da "How to be a Domestic Goddess", con qualche mia modifica.

Ingredients:
210 grams of flour 00
75 g sugar 45 g butter 1 egg
two teaspoons of baking powder 250 ml buttermilk
(I have replaced with 250 grams of plain yogurt)
For internal
100 grams of walnuts
45 g butter ½ teaspoon cinnamon
75 grams of sugar cane honey
for decoration.
Procedure:
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar.
Combine the egg, melted butter and yoghurt.
Mix.
Prepare the filling by mixing the chopped nuts with sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
Put some of mixture into each mold. Stuff with the filling and cover with a little more composed. To me it is advanced and the filling so I put on top of each muffin before baking ...
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Decorate with honey
