Chi è del sud italia li conoscerà molto bene.

Io sono del nord, ma mia nonna era del sud...e nel periodo natalizio li preparava sempre.

Come sapete (mi riferisco a chi mi segue da tempo), la mia nonnina passed away recently .... and so this year I've decided to prepare these sweets for Christmas. And I decided to dedicate this recipe to my own grandmother Rosa.

Ingredients:

400 grams of flour 3 eggs


egg yolk 2 teaspoons baking powder
50 g sugar 50 g butter

grated rind of one lemon

Also:

200 grams of sugar honey

Oil for frying Method:

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, butter, eggs and egg yolk. Add the liqueur and rind lemon zest.
